Requirements
What you’ll need- Students and graduates from all academic disciplines are eligible to participate in the selection process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with committees, colleagues, and suppliers
- Willingness to travel for extended and potentially undefined periods, and to work at events on weekends and holidays
- Availability to work schedules based on event agendas
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A holistic understanding of the university ecosystem
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, especially in the events or graduation ceremony sector, is a plus
