About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop power cable layouts, substation plans, and single-line diagrams.
Produce, modify, and update construction drawings and as-built documentation.
Create drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Autodesk Forma.
Use existing technical documentation and ensure the consistency of the plans produced.
Participate in site surveys and field visits.
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure the reliability and compliance of deliverables.
Work on projects involving electrical infrastructure and energy installations, in collaboration with project, engineering, and field teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical qualification in industrial drafting, electrical drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Comfortable using Autodesk Forma.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation.
Knowledge of electricity, particularly electrical installations and energy networks, is an asset.
Thoroughness, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with field teams.
