About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on technical projects in the industrial, healthcare, nuclear, and building sectors
  • Carry out the design and sizing studies for HVAC systems
  • Prepare calculation notes, thermal balances, process schematics, and associated technical documentation
  • Contribute to defining technical solutions tailored to project requirements
  • Produce and review drawings, digital models, and design documentation
  • Draft technical specifications, scopes of work, and tender documents
  • Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor bids
  • Ensure technical coordination with other disciplines and project stakeholders
  • Participate in design meetings, project reviews, and study follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, standards, quality, and safety requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering methods and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in HVAC engineering, energy engineering, thermal engineering, process engineering, or a related field
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in HVAC design studies, including work-study or apprenticeship experience
  • Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory and technical requirements of the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficiency in the design and sizing principles of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
  • Proficiency in preparing calculation notes, thermal balances, and technical documentation
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, or equivalent tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to HVAC systems is an advantage
  • Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Professional English proficiency is a plus
