About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze manufacturing processes, industrial flows, and production resources to identify areas for improvement
  • Define and optimize production methods, routing sheets, operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Contribute to the design and industrialization of new products, from the definition phase through production launch
  • Assess requirements for tooling, equipment, inspection resources, and workstations, then support their deployment
  • Conduct feasibility analyses, time studies, line balancing, and industrial capacity analyses
  • Support production teams in resolving technical issues and improving industrial performance
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators, including productivity, quality, costs, lead times, OEE, and safety
  • Identify the causes of nonconformities, productivity losses, and operational issues, then propose and monitor corrective actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving initiatives
  • Prepare and update industrial documentation, manufacturing files, standards, and training materials
  • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering, and supplier teams
  • Participate in testing, process validation, equipment qualification, and production transfer phases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac +5), ideally from an engineering school or specialized Master’s program in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrialization, manufacturing methods, or an equivalent technical field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial methods, industrialization, continuous improvement, or production management
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial organization, flow management, and improving the performance of production resources
  • Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving tools, as well as Lean Manufacturing methods
  • Knowledge of design, simulation, document management, or ERP tools is a plus
  • Comfortable with data analysis, technical documentation, standards definition, and monitoring industrial performance indicators
  • Rigorous, analytical, autonomous, hands-on, and able to work across functions with a variety of stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English is an additional asset
  • Knowledge of regulated industrial environments and experience in the aerospace, automotive, rail, energy, or pharmaceutical sectors are additional assets
