About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and optimize order management processes to improve operational efficiency
- Lead supplier- and process-related changes, including industrial changes and supplier transitions, while ensuring continuity of supply
- Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of data in management systems, particularly SAP
- Track missing parts, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor inventory levels and identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance in accordance with contractual terms and quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement continuous improvement plans
- Manage anomalies, disputes, or inconsistencies in ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity and reliability of supply
