About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support onboarding of new reinsurance deals into the Investments Operational infrastructure
  • Manage onboarding and integration of new asset managers, funds, separately managed accounts, and direct investments
  • Support onboarding and due diligence of new investment vehicles, managers, and operational setups
  • Develop relationships with external managers, custodians, and administrators to resolve operational issues
  • Oversee private credit investment processes, including funded/unfunded commitments, delay-draw facilities, CML, RML, and structured notes
  • Coordinate funding requirements across treasury and finance teams
  • Own post-trade operations and settlement workflows
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions
  • Monitor liquidity requirements for funds and separately managed accounts
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Review and maintain standard procedures
  • Oversee control processes and drive operational excellence
  • Own and enhance KPI frameworks and metrics
  • Collaborate with the Data team on data architecture improvements
  • Lead development of automated reports and dashboards
  • Advise investment professionals on structuring, operational feasibility, and execution considerations
  • Bridge investment, legal, treasury, accounting, and external administrator teams
  • Provide operational insights for investment decisions and portfolio construction
  • Address ad-hoc data and investment activity inquiries
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of investment operations, fund accounting, Middle Office, and/or asset management processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income securities
  • Strong experience with private credit, private equity, real assets, or structured/illiquid investments
  • Exposure to insurance or reinsurance investment portfolios, statutory reporting, or regulated asset managers strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
