About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide data decision support for financial and operational processes at Fortrea Clinical Pharmacology Services
  • Assess and approve budgets
  • Advise Sales and Client Managers on client pricing negotiations, discount guidance and authorizations
  • Analyze margins and identify factors contributing to project profitability
  • Recommend changes to improve financial viability
  • Build and maintain internal costing models and tools
  • Develop commercial data pricing analysis for key insights into Fortrea's commercial engine

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals or contracts
  • Previous experience in the clinical research sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Familiarity with dashboarding software, especially Tableau
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to convey analysis and recommendations clearly and concisely
