About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the evolution of the company's business applications
Advise on application solutions and provide day-to-day support to users
Organize regular meetings with users, gather, challenge, and prioritize enhancement requests
Analyze business needs and draft requirements specifications, taking cross-functional constraints into account
Validate the functional specifications delivered by the IT teams
Ensure user acceptance testing is carried out and qualify defects
Ensure the deployment of stable solutions
Administer the Esker application
Create and maintain documentation and contribute to user training
Act as advanced support to resolve complex issues
Communicate proactively during maintenance activities or incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience in similar roles
Proven ability to support users, deliver training, and facilitate the adoption of new solutions
Knowledge of the operation and administration of business accounting software tools
Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements specifications and functional specifications
English: B2 level required to interact at European level
Customer-oriented mindset
Adaptability
Intellectual curiosity to understand the company's business activities
