About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of financing, project finance and broader financial advisory engagements
  • Plan work, budgets, timelines, task allocation, quality controls and risk-management procedures
  • Build, review and challenge integrated financial models covering forecasts, cash flows, debt schedules, covenants, scenarios, sensitivities and returns
  • Assess financing requirements, funding capacity, capital structures and refinancing alternatives
  • Support debt-raising and refinancing processes through financing strategies, lender presentations, information memoranda, financial analyses and due diligence responses
  • Support infrastructure and energy assignments through feasibility assessment, investment appraisal, bid support, risk allocation and transaction execution
  • Contribute to valuations, business plans, feasibility studies, financial due diligence and transaction analyses
  • Review financial, commercial and operational information and identify assumptions and risks
  • Prepare and review reports and presentations and coordinate client, lender, investor, public-sector and specialist inputs
  • Supervise, coach and review junior team members
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, market research, thought leadership and business-development initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, transaction services, corporate finance or financial advisory
  • Solid academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant discipline
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including hands-on experience developing and reviewing financial models
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and reviewing the work of team members
  • Commitment to delivering services of high quality
  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical thinking with effective problem solving and decision making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
