About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support public-sector clients and beneficiaries throughout the lifecycle of co-financed projects
  • Support project approval, implementation, amendments, monitoring, and completion
  • Prepare and submit Technical Sheets, Expenditure Declaration Forms, amendment requests, and other documentation through the Integrated Information System (OPS)
  • Monitor financial and physical project progress
  • Prepare budgets, timelines, and progress reports
  • Monitor funding allocations and projects included in the Public Investment Programme (PIP)
  • Prepare for verifications and audits
  • Ensure compliance with national and EU regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare deliverables for consulting projects
  • Communicate with public-sector clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSc in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field considered an asset
  • At least 5 years of proven professional experience in project and programme management, with a focus on co-financed projects
  • Previous experience in a consulting firm or a Managing Authority / Intermediate Body
  • Knowledge and experience in using e-PDE
  • Experience with public procurement procedures (Law 4412/2016) and KIMDIS
  • Extensive experience in using the Integrated Information System (OPS ESPA and/or OPS RRF)
  • Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the management and control of co-financed programmes
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop
