About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the Financial Advisory team as an Assistant Manager, reporting to the Financial Advisory Partner
  • Support origination and execution of corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, business strategy, financial modelling, and market entry assessments
  • Provide financial and commercial analysis for transaction structuring, pricing, deal negotiations, and investment considerations
  • Manage engagements, including preparing and reviewing information memoranda, business plans, financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related deliverables
  • Coordinate buyer and seller due diligence activities
  • Review transaction documentation from a financial and commercial perspective
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Execute business and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations, and financial modelling using appropriate valuation methodologies
  • Support client relationship management, proposal preparation, new business identification, and development of the Financial Advisory practice
  • Supervise junior team members, review deliverables, provide technical guidance, and ensure assignments meet quality standards and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, and M&A with Big4 or accounting firms or investment banks
  • Relevant professional qualification such as CFA, CPA FA, or MBA highly regarded
  • Good verbal and written English and Thai communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
