About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect, authenticate, and validate KYB and KYC documentation
Evaluate new submissions and renewal applications against minimum criteria
Accept, hold, or decline deals based on submitted information
Liaise with Prequalification and Processing teams to resolve discrepancies and missing data
Monitor and balance the funding queue to meet SLAs
Maintain production volume and operational accuracy standards
Complete bi-weekly performance logs in Lattice and document operational metrics
Conduct review check-ins with the manager
Adhere to company policies, risk protocols, internal standards, and the Forward Compass values
Report to the Manager I, Pre-Decision and collaborate with People and Culture, operations teams, and Process Improvement positions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school degree
Intermediate - to- proficient English Level
Detail oriented and team player
Must be legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic
Must complete a background check including criminal, education, and employment history
At least two professional references required for an employment offer
