About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate JAG programs consistent with Forward Service Corporation and JAG National goals, policies, and procedures
  • Implement program services
  • Provide technical assistance
  • Monitor and evaluate programs
  • Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting, and instructing eligible students
  • Supervise JAG Career Specialists
  • Develop employer relationships within the community
  • Provide appropriate curriculum and ensure students achieve JAG competencies through classroom instruction
  • Recruit JAG-eligible individuals within required target populations
  • Contact private and public employers to market employment programs for JAG students
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with school personnel and Advisory Committees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) plus years’ work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred
  • Experience coordinating employment and training-related services
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to recruit and instruct students with multiple barriers
  • Ability to develop employer relationships and market employment programs
  • Ability to work with school personnel, teachers, administrators, students, and Advisory Committees
