About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help shape the UK QA practice with the QA Lead, including frameworks, standards, and day-to-day processes
- Write automated tests in Playwright
- Test APIs with Postman across a serverless Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP stack
- Test AI-powered production features, including agentic workflows and LLM outputs
- Help build evaluations to assess AI system behavior
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, and UAT when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with engineers to identify issues early and maintain product quality
- Decide whether products and releases are ready for pharmacist workflows in US health systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing
- Solid experience with web applications and APIs
- Strong proficiency with Playwright
- Good judgment about when to automate and when to test manually
- Experience with enterprise products
- Experience using AI or testing AI-powered products
- Experience with automated testing, manual testing, regression testing, and UAT
- Experience with Postman
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP
- Comfortable working in the Manchester office 1–2 times a week
- Currently based in the UK or able to relocate to Manchester
- Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
