About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of the Clinician Supply & Operations strategy
  • Lead strategic projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation
  • Conduct detailed analysis of operational performance, trends, root causes, risks and opportunities
  • Develop business cases, recommendations and action plans for operational improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, goal-setting and executive reporting
  • Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting with the Workforce Planning team
  • Investigate business concerns and risks using data and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, scalability, quality and operational effectiveness
  • Prepare board, executive and leadership materials
  • Track benefits realisation and measure strategic initiative impact
  • Translate complex data and operational challenges into actionable plans
  • Manage Data Analysts in the Workforce Planning function
  • Identify and address operational risks, bottlenecks and performance opportunities
  • Deliver strategic projects within agreed frameworks, outcomes and timelines
  • Support senior stakeholders with reporting, insight and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business performance or a similar analytical role
  • Strong problem-solving capability, with experience structuring complex issues and developing practical solutions
  • Advanced analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets and translating insight into recommendations
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the operational and financial implications of decisions
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, reporting and business cases
  • Experience working closely with operational teams to identify and implement improvements
  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology and Data teams to deliver workforce tooling and automation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling companies
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences or similar) desirable
  • Highly analytical and naturally curious
