About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own strategy and results for the largest and most complex enterprise client relationships
  • Drive retention and executive relationships with key decision makers, including C-Suite leaders
  • Resolve escalations and own net retention targets
  • Set agendas for executive briefings and strategic reviews demonstrating ROI
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across philanthropic solutions
  • Build and execute account growth strategies
  • Position new capabilities before clients request them
  • Own pricing accuracy and contract terms
  • Lead discovery, onboarding, implementation, and setup of philanthropic vehicles
  • Drive implementations to deadline and manage scope
  • Set engagement cadence and lead Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Maintain current CRM records covering opportunities, renewal risk, and relationship health
  • Identify and address account risks
  • Coordinate client engagement and UAT participation for technical releases
  • Shape product, advisory, legal, and enterprise business strategy through client insight
  • Partner with senior leadership and advise teams on enterprise client needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Executive presence and confidence operating as a peer to C-Suite leaders
  • Track record of driving revenue outcomes and owning a book of business with authority
  • Strategic, big-picture thinking and decisiveness
  • Deep knowledge of philanthropic giving vehicles (DAFs, private foundations, planned giving, advisory structures), or ability to master them quickly
  • Competitive drive and genuine need to win
  • Strong negotiation instincts and persuasive stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously
  • Bias toward action and decisive decision-making
  • Fluency with CRM tools
  • Genuine passion for philanthropy
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home office or workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
