About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide tailored support to e-commerce clients and structure their processes
Analyze the current state, define goals, and develop customized roadmaps for Xentral rollouts
Conduct build sessions to set up shop integrations, inventory logic, and workflow automations
Plan logic, build Xentral setups, and maintain structured documentation
Support clients with technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions
Maintain ongoing client communication via Slack, Loom, and guides
Participate in daily Client Success meetings and share project status, support needs, and learnings
Work directly with founders and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 12 months of relevant experience in ERP, process consulting, or technical customer support
Technical and analytical understanding of complex processes, automations, and logic
Initial experience with Python or JavaScript is preferred
Basic knowledge and practical experience with SQL and JavaScript are an advantage
Experience with SaaS tools such as Xentral, Make, Slack, n8n, or other systems
Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work
Ability to guide clients, build trust, and hold them accountable for clear responsibilities
Ability to communicate with founders as an equal
Proactive and reliable work style, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
Willingness to take ownership and work 50–60 hours during intensive project phases
Openness to honest feedback and personal and professional development
Calm, clear, and constructive conduct in stressful situations
