About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define critical workflows with users and build the first usable product
Develop the Nua Score
Build a robust data and system architecture across multiple external data sources
Decide what to build now, add later, automate, or deliberately exclude from the product
Work directly with early customers and partners
Build a small product and engineering team over time
Personally build and help shape the product during the early months as a technical founder

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with data-heavy platforms, scoring or comparison systems
Strong backend and data architecture skills, with sufficient frontend capability to ship early product versions
Previous founding experience, experience as one of the first technical hires at a startup, or comparable ownership
Business-fluent German
Professional English
Experience in the DACH market
Experience in Construction Tech or PropTech, a background in civil engineering or materials science with LCA/EPD experience, and experience with comparison platforms or marketplaces are particularly relevant, but not required
