About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate, secure, and maintain competitive freight rates with carriers, shipping lines, and cross-border trucking vendors
- Provide accurate, timely, and profitable freight quotes to the sales team and corporate clients for regional cross-border movements
- Monitor market trends, fuel surcharges, and fluctuating capacity to dynamically adjust pricing strategies
- Manage the end-to-end pricing workflow for large-scale customer RFQs and tender submissions
- Analyze cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability per shipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing, routing, or cost analysis, specifically focused on cross-border logistics
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and formulas
- Exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Professional fluency in Thai and English
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Ability to work under tight deadlines for urgent quote requests
