Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and value streams from strategic planning through execution and delivery
Translate business and product strategy into actionable program plans, priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and delivery frameworks
Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational changes
Communicate program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior leadership
Drive accountability for commitments, budgets, timelines, and outcomes
Lead planning and coordination across Agile teams, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
Lead adoption and continuous improvement of delivery practices, processes, and tools using SAFe and Agile principles
Improve program execution, predictability, transparency, and operational effectiveness
Advise Product, Engineering, and business leaders and facilitate alignment and decision-making
Mentor and coach program and delivery team members
Build relationships with executives, stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners
Apply current program management, Agile delivery, technology, and media industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, project management, or related delivery roles
Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs
Experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
Ability to partner with senior and executive stakeholders, influence decision-making, and align business strategy with technical execution
Strong understanding and application of Agile delivery methodologies
Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, or similar activities
Ability to establish or evolve program management processes, governance, operating rhythms, and delivery practices
Strong program leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills without direct authority
Experience partnering with Software Development leadership, Product Owners, Product Management, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
Understanding of technology delivery, stability, reliability, and customer experience in production environments
Proficiency with the Atlassian suite and relevant program/project management tools
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication, listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with AI-powered tools and ability to leverage AI for productivity, workflows, analysis, and/or decision-making
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is required
Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet the on-site attendance requirement
