About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop plumbing and fire protection system designs in accordance with technical standards and legal requirements
- Prepare and review structural designs, ensuring alignment between architectural and other disciplines
- Perform interdisciplinary coordination in a BIM environment, integrating architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines
- Support technical coordination with designers and suppliers
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients, ensuring the clarity and feasibility of proposed solutions
- Attend technical site visits and field surveys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with corporate or commercial projects
- Solid knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and structural analysis tools is preferred
- Proficiency in standards for plumbing systems, fire protection, and concrete structures
- Organized, collaborative, and technically communicative
