About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of the Korean market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow the client base, revenue, and brand presence
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Korea
Identify opportunities for market expansion, lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships
Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management
Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, customer support, and operations
Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Korean region)
1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management
Fluent in Korean with good English proficiency
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
