About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical reference for development teams, with a primary focus on mobile solutions
Support architecture, development, and application evolution decisions, ensuring software engineering standards and best practices
Guide developers in resolving technical challenges and promote code review and code quality practices
Support the advancement of automated testing, version control, pipelines, and CI/CD processes
Identify and track technical debt, risks, and opportunities to improve solutions
Contribute to delivery planning and technical definitions, connecting technology with product and business needs
Promote knowledge sharing and the teams’ technical development
Work collaboratively with mobile and web teams, contributing to the continuous evolution of digital solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in mobile development with Flutter and Dart
Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or technical reference for development teams
Experience with architecture and software engineering best practices applied to mobile solutions
Knowledge of state management using Bloc or MobX
Knowledge of native development with Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS)
Experience with Firebase, including Crashlytics, Analytics, App Distribution, or equivalent tools
Experience with automated testing and software quality practices
Proficiency with Git/GitLab and branching strategies
Experience configuring, maintaining, and evolving CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with developers, product, business, and other stakeholders
Preferred: experience providing technical leadership for mobile teams or products
Preferred: knowledge of web development with Angular and TypeScript
Preferred: knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
Preferred: knowledge of Java, JSP, and Spring
Preferred: experience integrating mobile and web applications with APIs/services
Preferred: experience with application security, performance, monitoring, and observability
Preferred: experience publishing, distributing, and supporting applications
