Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute Fractal’s workplace, real estate, employee experience, sustainability and administration strategy across all global locations
Define the global workplace vision and strategy aligned to business growth, culture and hybrid work needs
Build consistent workplace experiences across geographies while allowing for local country-level nuance
Drive workplace NPS, service excellence, user satisfaction and continuous improvement across sites
Own global real estate portfolio strategy, including expansion, consolidation, relocation and optimization decisions
Lead market evaluations, lease negotiations, landlord relationships and renewal strategies
Oversee office build-outs, project governance, design standards and capital expenditure programs
Ensure operational excellence across global offices, including facilities management, engineering, housekeeping, transport, food services, helpdesk and site operations
Own enterprise EHS framework, safety governance, incident management and preventive action programs
Lead sustainability initiatives across energy, emissions, waste, green buildings and responsible workplace operations
Develop global workplace governance, compliance, risk management, business continuity and emergency preparedness frameworks
Develop and own annual operating and capital budgets for workplace, real estate and administration services
Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, renewals and service-level governance
Drive digitization and smart workplace solutions through dashboards, automation, workflow tools and analytics
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across facilities, real estate, EHS, sustainability, procurement support and administration
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the global corporate travel function
Develop and govern corporate travel policies and operating procedures
Manage relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotels, visa partners and other travel service providers
Monitor travel expenditure and establish governance mechanisms for travel budgets
Oversee travel analytics, reporting, duty of care, escalations and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

18–25 years of experience across corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace experience, corporate administration, EHS, sustainability, procurement or corporate services
Strong exposure to global / multi-country workplace operations and cross-cultural stakeholder management
Proven experience managing large operating budgets and capital projects
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and represent workplace strategy in executive forums
Experience in technology-led workplace transformation, dashboards, automation and data-driven operations
MBA preferred; engineering, architecture, facilities management, real estate or equivalent background desirable
Relevant certifications such as IFMA, FMP, CFM, PMP, WELL AP, LEED AP, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent are desirable
