About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into concrete, prioritized action plans
Structure the organization: processes, management routines, governance, and roles and responsibilities
Establish and manage key operational and financial performance indicators
Facilitate communication between the CEO and the teams
Challenge strategic decisions and safeguard growth
Support the recruitment and development of key team members
Lead key initiatives, including scaling, reorganization, expansion, and professionalization
Work directly with CEOs supported by Fractional as a strategic and operational co-pilot

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–15+ years of experience in operations leadership, general management, strategic consulting, or entrepreneurship
Significant experience in a startup, scale-up, high-growth SME, or entrepreneurial environment
Excellent command of organizational structuring, performance management, and prioritization
Strong management, finance, and organizational skills
Ability to work with demanding CEOs and challenge them tactfully
High level of autonomy, accountability, and professional maturity
Comfortable working in a fractional, multi-client format
Founder, co-founder, or former COO experience is a strong advantage
