About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the organization's reporting and analytics strategy
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
Analyze operational, financial, workforce, and organizational performance data
Present actionable recommendations and business insights to senior leadership
Ensure timely and accurate executive, operational, global, and regulatory reporting
Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvement
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Accounting Manager and accounting team
Oversee financial reports, management reporting packages, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, internal controls, and financial compliance
Provide oversight and strategic direction to the IT Manager and technology operations
Collaborate on technology roadmaps, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure planning, and system implementations
Support enterprise applications, business intelligence platforms, data governance, and technology modernization
Improve data accessibility, system integration, and operational efficiency
Establish enterprise data governance standards and ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance
Develop data definitions, reporting standards, and performance measurement frameworks
Improve data quality and reduce reporting inconsistencies
Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, decision-making, strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and business transformation
Lead, mentor, and develop Accounting, IT, Reporting, and Analytics staff
Establish departmental goals, performance measures, and development plans
Manage departmental budgets, priorities, and resource allocation
Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics initiatives
Translate business challenges into actionable reporting and analytical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Eight or more years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, finance, accounting, information technology, or related disciplines
Three or more years of management experience with responsibility for teams and departmental leadership
Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving finance, technology, and business operations
Microsoft Business Central experience desired
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with ERP, accounting, and financial reporting systems
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles
Working knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity fundamentals, and enterprise business applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities
Offers are contingent on a background check and drug screen where applicable
