About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and digital asset workflows within the client's Dalet Flex platform
  • Partner with Content Operations teams to ensure producer-supplied media is accurately ingested, processed, and archived
  • Evaluate technical dimensions, metadata, and intricate technical specifications across all assets
  • Identify, address, and troubleshoot system errors or workflow blockages
  • Partner with software vendors and internal client stakeholders to resolve technical glitches and implement lasting remediations
  • Collaborate closely with the client's Content Operations staff to support daily media operations and asset management workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with MAM/DAM products
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Understanding of media technical specifications and asset archiving
  • Understanding of cloud-based and on-prem technologies
  • Editing skills a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
