About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that the BOARD tool meets business needs and support its ongoing development
- Support the team throughout the PEPS project until the end of 2027, then administer the solution with another team member
- Develop procedures
- Design, develop, and enhance BOARD applications
- Create and optimize dashboards, performance indicators, and reports
- Gather business requirements and lead user workshops
- Participate in testing, user acceptance testing, and production releases
- Provide technical and functional administration of the solution, including access rights, master data, and support
- Join an internal solution administration team reporting directly to the BOARD Project Manager
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and the management control team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with an EPM tool, ideally BOARD
- Experience contributing to the development or enhancement of a BOARD application
- BI/EPM developer profile with an understanding of performance management and business management requirements
- Strong command of reporting techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective personal organization and time-management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong change management skills
- Proficiency with business software and applications
- Master’s degree in Finance IT or Management
- Currently working in an IT role, as a project manager, or as a developer, with a strong interest in discovering the finance sector
- Initial experience with an EPM tool (such as BOARD, Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, etc.) is essential
- BOARD proficiency is considered a plus
