About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the functional and technical owner of the Newsboard and Openmedia products and related tools
- Ensure the product’s functional consistency within France Télévisions’ information systems
- Coordinate business enhancements, configuration activities, and new vendor releases
- Lead user support and enablement forums
- Manage Level 2 escalated production incidents
- Collaborate with teams responsible for news production tools (PAM)
- Monitor the solution’s annual budget
- Lead tool enhancement projects and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Manage a team of contractors responsible for configuration, custom development, testing, and integrations
- Report functionally to the Editorial Information Systems Domain Coordinator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Skills in managing IT development projects
- Experience with complex architecture projects, including multi-data-center distribution, more than 2,000 users, and multiple integrations
- Strong writing skills for producing general documentation, including functional requirements, design specifications, technical studies, architecture documentation, and operations documentation
- Proficiency in core project management practices, including planning, resource management, public procurement, IT development oversight, and quality management
- Expertise in managing complex business information systems
- Degree or training in information technology
- Significant experience managing complex information systems projects involving software package integration
- Experience in the audiovisual sector is preferred
- Interest in media and current affairs
