About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and quality of work within the Franciscan Medical Group
Train providers and clinical staff on effective and efficient utilization of the electronic medical record
Develop and evaluate policies and procedures defining the scope of services related to patient care processes and electronic medical record utilization
Maintain integrity and professionalism with clinic staff and share medical data in compliance with corporate policies
Conduct research into medical and operational issues impacting providers, staff, and patients
Incorporate the organization's mission, values, and philosophy into job duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years experience training on IS platforms/applications, clinical, or EHR; or teaching experience (Associate's Degree will substitute for 1 year experience. Bachelor's Degree will substitute for 2 years experience)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to perform effectively in a complex changing environment
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to present complex materials to a variety of audiences
Must obtain EPIC Credentialing within 90 days of hire
