About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for teaching operations across multiple education programs
Leadership of a Germany-wide distributed remote team, including Team Leads and team members
Establishment of cross-program teaching operations with shared standards, formats, tools, and continuous knowledge exchange
Responsibility for quality, instructional design, and certification requirements
Ensuring a consistently high-quality learning experience
Further development of existing and new educational offerings based on participant feedback as well as market and competitive developments
Identifying and leveraging AI and technology opportunities in education
Developing scalable learning models for growing participant numbers
Establishing scalable processes for planning, documentation, and quality assurance
Defining and analyzing relevant KPIs and ensuring target achievement
Identifying opportunities for automation and AI implementation
Monitoring course launches, capacity, utilization, and program duration
Identifying bottlenecks and efficiency losses at an early stage
Ensuring reliable staffing for courses in collaboration with Team Leads
Representing the educational offering to Sales and Marketing
Coordinating new course launches and updating content, playbooks, and communication materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mehrere Jahre disziplinarische Führung größerer Teams, idealerweise remote und mit Team Leads
Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen, Prozessen und Kennzahlen
Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit bei Dokumentations- und Nachweispflichten
KI als selbstverständlicher Teil des Arbeitsalltags
Erfahrung mit digitalen Workflows und CRM-Systemen wie HubSpot
Verständnis für Datenschutz im digitalen und KI-Umfeld
Verständnis für DSGVO und EU AI Act
Erfahrung in einem Startup, Scale-up oder einer ähnlich dynamischen Organisation
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder sehr sicherem Niveau
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Bildungswelt, eigene Lehrerfahrung, Konzeption von Lehrinhalten oder Bildungsmaßnahmen oder Arbeit in einem AZAV-zertifizierten Umfeld von Vorteil
