About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the product marketing function for the enterprise B2B division
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and end-to-end go-to-market strategy
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product marketing team
  • Set the strategic agenda and operating rhythm for product marketing
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • Advise the VP of Marketing and senior product, sales, and marketing leaders
  • Synthesize market, competitive, and customer insights into strategic recommendations
  • Build a cohesive narrative across the multi-product, multi-solution portfolio
  • Develop company-wide messaging frameworks
  • Translate complex products and services into clear value propositions
  • Create sales enablement materials including talk tracks, pitch guides, collateral, and case studies
  • Develop and lead go-to-market plans for launches, expansions, and growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with product, technology, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Guide thought leadership and point-of-view content
  • Own measurable outcomes and report progress to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • 3+ years directly managing product marketers
  • Experience in B2B product marketing in services, software platforms, or complex enterprise offerings
  • Strong understanding of B2B services and senior leaders’ purchasing decisions
  • Experience marketing to HR or L&D audiences
  • Track record of leading end-to-end launches or market expansions
  • Proven success marketing high-value, intangible solutions
  • Expertise in structured messaging frameworks
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales motions
  • Ability to hire, coach, and retain product marketing talent
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, construction, manufacturing, or tech
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Data-informed and insight-driven decision-making
  • Comfort engaging in technical or product-detail-heavy conversations
  • Must live in the Greater Salt Lake City, Utah area
