About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor for the Education division
  • Align human capital strategies with business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations on business strategy
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Identify and address organizational needs, including change management, team dynamics, and leadership development
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure HR initiative effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Travel occasionally for business needs, training, or conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in HR
  • 3–4 years managing an HR Team or Center of Excellence
  • MBA or Master's in Organizational Development preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Experience working in or with Education institutions or organizations that support Education programs preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Deep business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy
  • Strong leadership and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards
