About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as graphic designer for internal FranklinCovey projects assigned by the Custom Operations Manager
  • Design and customize learning solutions, content, and tools for FranklinCovey offerings and Custom team initiatives
  • Serve as graphic designer for custom client projects
  • Apply client branding while maintaining FranklinCovey design standards
  • Design and refine slides, participant guides, tools, job aids, workbooks, digital PDFs, and other learning assets
  • Adapt layouts and templates for different client use cases, formats, and delivery modes, including ILT/VILT presentations
  • Design visually engaging PowerPoint/Keynote presentations communicating key messages and learning outcomes
  • Create and format facilitator guides, participant materials, worksheets, and internal toolkits
  • Apply visual hierarchy, typography, and layout best practices
  • Maintain brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital assets
  • Help maintain Custom Team templates, style guides, and design standards
  • Partner with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into visual designs
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Delivery Consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are clear, facilitation-ready, and learner-friendly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, professional services, or agency environment
  • Strong focus on presentation and document design in B2B, corporate, or learning environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders
  • Experience with leadership development, productivity, trust, execution, or culture-change content areas
  • Familiarity with FranklinCovey frameworks, models, and brand voice
  • Experience partnering with facilitators/delivery consultants and product/content teams
  • Proficiency with project management technologies such as Asana and Smartsheet
  • Must be located in the contiguous United States
