About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate on developing and administering data security policies
- Safeguard information and evaluate existing data security procedures
- Identify new areas of risk for Freddie Mac
- Develop and train the enterprise on relevant Identity and Access Management best practices
- Develop and support automated IAM processes
- Develop and implement ongoing IAM efficiency improvements with limited oversight by managers
- Work closely with Enterprise partners and security control owners on IAM automation development activities
- Align IAM processes with InfoSec maturity targets described in the InfoSec Strategy
- Develop and implement new and updated business process automation for all Identity and Access Management activities
- Develop and propose strategies to reduce security risk through procedural prevention, detection, and response measures
- Support ad hoc data retrieval and analysis requests using SQL queries and Copilot/Excel
- Create audit-ready reference documentation
- Support rapid AI-based extrapolation/replication of services as future automated IAM microservices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically, 5 - 7 years of related data analysis experience
- Proven experience working with SQL at an enterprise level
- Proficient with automated data processing flows including ETL and data semantics/normalization
- Proficient with visual presentation tools, specifically within Microsoft PowerAutomate/PowerBI, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau Prep, and/or Tableau
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate in business and user-friendly languages
- Ability to establish credibility across the enterprise to key business stakeholders, including directors, managers, system engineers, and end users
- Experience with other modern data analysis processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., Alteryx Designer, SQL, Collibra, etc.)
- Financial Services Industry experience
