About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver new applications and enhancements for Enterprise ERP applications including Workday
Support Enterprise ERP applications including Workday
Partner with Freddie Mac business owners to plan and execute roadmaps
Deliver technical projects aligned with enterprise architecture, project methodology, and budget
Analyze business requirements and propose solutions
Identify impacts, risks, and issues
Work with technical and product owners to implement proposed solutions
Act as liaison between business product owners and technical staff
Maintain vigilance-first security practices and adhere to privacy and security obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software analysis experience in Workday
5+ years designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday
Experience with Workday security and reporting
4+ years of experience working with Workday Financials
Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
Experience with Accounting Center and Prism preferred
Workday Certification preferred
Financial Industry experience preferred
Excellent collaboration and liaison skills between business product owners and technical staff
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Commitment to acceptable use, privacy, security, regulatory, and company policy requirements
