About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, review, and negotiate B2C and B2B commercial agreements, including car-sharing terms and conditions, terms of use, payment solutions, and partnership agreements
  • Support marketing operations by ensuring compliance with consumer protection and advertising rules
  • Manage and assist with trademark filing, monitoring, protection, and licensing
  • Collaborate with Public Affairs on licenses, operating permits, and agreements with cities and public authorities
  • Address public domain occupation and low-emission zone matters
  • Mitigate financial and contractual risks
  • Advise business teams on mobility regulations
  • Update legal templates and streamline contracting processes
  • Provide legal training to business and marketing teams
  • Report directly to the General Counsel & DPO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master of Laws (Master 2 / LL.M or equivalent) in Business Law, Commercial Law, IP/Marketing Law, or Digital Law
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
  • Excellent exposure to commercial and contract law
  • Strong knowledge of B2C/B2B contract law, consumer/advertising law, and IP/trademarks
  • Total fluency in written and spoken English and French
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex legal jargon into straightforward, actionable advice
  • Interest or previous experience in automotive, mobility, or digital sectors is a bonus
  • Familiarity with legal-tech tools is a bonus
  • Valid driving license is a bonus
