Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Lead, ideally in fast-paced, product-led environments
Deep, practical understanding of modern AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows
Ability to leverage AI tools to boost developer velocity safely and securely
Energy, proactivity, and ability to challenge existing processes constructively
Mentorship and change management expertise
Empathy and clarity to guide teams through organizational and technological shifts
