About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support FMC’s Call Center operations
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer requests within set timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Pull up loan information and provide accurate assistance
- Adhere to schedules, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Provide verbal and written customer responses
- Explain policies and procedures and resolve customer inquiries

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be local to Jacksonville, FL
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- High School Graduate/GED
- 0–1 years related work experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to schedules, meet deadlines, and respond within set timeframes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
