About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary support contact for the assigned application
  • Coordinate all issues that arise during projects for the application area
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations
  • Obtain required vendor certifications for support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify
  • Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date
  • Clean driving record
  • Two (2) years of professional experience directly related
  • Must obtain required vendor certifications for support within 3 attempts
  • Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Epic certifications and experience in Beacon, Beaker, Bridges/Interoperability, Billing, Cadence, ECSA (Epic Client Systems Admin), EpicCare Ambulatory, Haemonetics training/cert, IT Training analysts, Lumens, OpTime & Anesthesia, Prelude, Resolute HB & PB for claims and billing, Stork, User & Security
