About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform MIS-related duties assigned by the department under general supervision
  • Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and outside normal working hours when required
  • Document and execute Group Policy Objects (GPO) cleanup
  • Analyze requirements and build SCCM license compliance dashboards
  • Test SCCM PXE images and task sequences
  • Create or revise operational and troubleshooting runbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Computer Technology, or a closely related field; OR recent graduate within 12 months prior to internship start date with a bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Computer Technology, or a closely related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative and organizational skills, with ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Must demonstrate honesty, fairness, respect, trust, and integrity
  • Ability to understand, apply, and communicate verbal and written work and safety-related instructions, procedures, job assignments, and applicable safety standards in English
  • Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work in person at one of the company's corporate offices
  • This position is not eligible for Freeport-McMoRan immigration work visa sponsorship
  • Mandatory pre-employment and ongoing random drug testing as required by applicable state laws
