Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or successful completion of PE exam with ability to obtain licensure within 1 year
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing or supporting project, schedule, and budget
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and project teams
  • Preferred: Experience in water and wastewater master planning, distribution and collection system hydraulic modeling, sanitary sewer evaluation studies, and/or impact fee studies
  • Preferred: Experience working with municipal clients
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior staff
  • Preferred: Interest in long-term leadership growth and team development
  • Preferred: Familiarity with planning and modeling tools, GIS, or data analysis for infrastructure systems
