About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes
- Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make
- Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions
- Build and optimize chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve workflows
- Troubleshoot and fix automation errors or inefficiencies
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Basic understanding of workflows, logic, and data structures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript) (nice to have)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (nice to have)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI optimization (nice to have)
- Experience working remotely or with global teams (nice to have)
- Experience in marketing automation or operations is a plus
