Requirements
What you’ll need- Up to 4 years since admission to the legal profession
- Licensed to practice law and registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Prior experience providing data protection advisory services
- Experience with LGPD compliance projects
- Knowledge of digital platforms
- Experience with trademark and software registration
- Knowledge of administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI)
- Knowledge of technology contracts
- Fluent or advanced English (a plus)
