About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide policy insights and interpretation related to local government affairs and market access
- Advise on medical insurance, pricing, charging, hygiene policies, C-codes, DRG/DIP, volume-based procurement, tendering and online procurement
- Support sales teams in resolving implementation and compliance issues involving national C-codes across regions
- Support sales with hospital access and procurement challenges for equipment and consumables
- Resolve healthcare policy-related issues for products across various regions
- Liaise and collaborate with local healthcare authorities on market access
- Develop business opportunities through effective use of government resources
- Perform central government affairs-related work in line with company development goals and strategic plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 5 years market access or public affairs’ operation experience in multinational company or Gov’t/NGO
- Good communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Good/Excellent written and/or verbal communication skills in Chinese/English
- Good relationship with government and associations
- Strong team spirit
- High proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- “Win-win” negotiating skills
- Broad multi-functional experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to frequent business travel
