About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, guide and consult FME country organizations and TPI in establishing and maintaining the ECMO market
- Develop selected markets toward ECCO2R and guide FME organizations entering the ECCO2R market segment
- Implement the XENIOS sales and portfolio strategy in relevant markets
- Take sales responsibility for allocated and newly gained TPI
- Ensure annual go-to-market strategies for FME and TPI
- Own revenue accountability in assigned TPI markets
- Support and challenge countries in the sales budget process and target achievement
- Track sales activities during ramp-up, including customer visits and congresses
- Develop and maintain a meaningful KOL network
- Lead market preparations for business handover from third-party distributors to FME sales organizations
- Develop strategies and action plans for multi-year profitable growth
- Ensure compliance in assigned markets
- Monitor outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and promote a patient-focused environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in ICU or as a perfusionist, or alternatively a commercial background (bachelor, MBA)
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Healthcare business background, ideally medical devices
- Willingness to travel (minimum 50% of working time)
- Fluent English
- Presentation and negotiation skills
