About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of 20–30 clients representing $2–4MM in ARR
  • Own the technical execution of customer implementations from beginning to end of onboarding
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, growth, and time to first value
  • Ensure all available product features are onboarded
  • Maintain high NPS scores for implementation and account satisfaction
  • Help customers navigate healthcare data privacy and Freshpaint offerings
  • Document all customer communications and activities in systems of record
  • Validate implementation behavior against agreed requirements and expected data flows
  • Maintain accurate documentation, assess progress using metrics or evidence, and close loops with customers and internal partners
  • Become an expert in Freshpaint and the healthcare data privacy space
  • Educate customers on the value and business outcomes of Freshpaint’s privacy platform
  • Communicate technical concepts and sound data principles to diverse audiences
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer champions and executives
  • Cultivate relationships with customer stakeholders from functional owners to senior management
  • Advocate for customers with Product, Support, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and create customer case studies with Marketing
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with Account Management on action plans
  • Improve customer lifecycle processes and manage internal special projects
  • Create content, playbooks, and processes for peers
  • Drive customer attendance at in-person Freshpaint events and attend industry events
  • Visit customers onsite where possible for partnership reviews and relationship building

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar client-facing role
  • Clear understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development
  • Experience implementing, onboarding, supporting, and troubleshooting platform configurations
  • Working proficiency with tag management platforms like Google Tag Manager
  • Working proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficient in aligning technical concepts and features with required capabilities
  • Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate kickoff calls and implementation scoping discussions with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, geographically distributed team environment while working independently with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills
  • Deep commitment to customer success and service mentality
  • Ability to drive adoption and sell new product offerings and services
