About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop sourcing strategies
- Identify, select, and develop suppliers
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive costs, optimal service levels, and long-term value
- Build supplier partnerships and monitor supplier performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Knowledge of SAP and procurement tools
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Professional communication skills in English and French
- Business-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive approach, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
