About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the regional Project Management Team through all project/ECR phases
Serve as the main internal project contact after nomination (GR1-GR5)
Lead assigned projects as Project Manager
Provide leadership, coaching, and escalation support to regional Project Managers
Ensure project objectives converge across U.S. projects
Keep project tasks and deliverables on track and within budget, including RD budget, CAPEX, tooling cost, and VA/VE
Maintain and control schedules, financials, resources, and changes
Escalate non-compliance, critical project risks, and drive stakeholder alignment and resolution
Hold multi-project board reviews with stakeholders
Ensure transfer of acquired knowledge and best practices within the organization
Align with the Vibracoustic PMO function and provide improvement feedback and lessons learned in the project tracking system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor/Master degree
Engineering background is preferred
PMP certification is preferred
Understanding and utilization of Teamcenter, MS Office, Multi Project Board, and customer project management portal
Cross-functional leadership and communication
Problem-solving ability
Time-management ability
Ability to motivate others
Ability to stay calm under pressure
