About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build AI-enabled application components with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, including RAG patterns, grounding strategies, and safe prompt designs
  • Design and implement Copilot solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flows, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, plugins/actions, and integrations
  • Develop backend services and extensibility components using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility such as Teams
  • Apply cloud-native and event-driven patterns, including stateless services, scalability, environment separation, and asynchronous messaging
  • Deliver secure end-to-end solutions covering authentication, authorization, lifecycle governance, and corporate data protection policies
  • Support DevOps and CI/CD for Copilot and AI assets through Git workflows, versioning, automated testing, GitHub Actions, and release management
  • Implement monitoring, telemetry, analytics, and performance optimization using Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Power BI
  • Apply Responsible AI practices, including testing, evaluation, guardrails, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable AI/Copilot architectures and produce design artifacts and implementation guidelines
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams, and security teams
  • Provide documentation, best practices, handover, and enablement materials
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve software engineering processes and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI principles and methodologies, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • More than five years in Data & AI Jobs
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational design, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, and plugin/action development
  • Practical implementation of Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, prompt optimization, RAG, grounding strategies, vector search, and safe production usage
  • Strong integration skills across Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility, including Teams and Outlook
  • Experience designing and building APIs, custom connectors, and automation workflows
  • Secure-by-design AI solutions using Entra ID, RBAC, environment strategies, data access controls, and governance alignment
  • Hands-on development using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python, with clean architecture and scalable patterns
  • Cloud-native application architecture on Azure, including stateless services and event-driven patterns
  • Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment separation using GitHub Enterprise Cloud
  • Experience with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and analytics such as Power BI
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable Copilot and AI solutions, and iterate based on feedback
  • Nice to have: Azure OpenAI fine-tuning and advanced vector search patterns
  • Nice to have: Power Platform UI extensions (Power Apps)
  • Nice to have: FinOps-aware AI and application design
  • Nice to have: Experience with hybrid Azure–Fabric architectures
